From our offices at the Law Offices of Kenny & Kenny in Wheaton, Illinois, brothers Michael Kenny and Thomas Kenny offer sound and knowledgeable legal counsel to clients in throughout the western suburbs of Chicago, including DuPage County (18th Judicial Circuit), and Kane and Will Counties. We have been in practice together since 1991, and our legal experience individually goes back to 1989 and 1982, respectively. We focus on family law and divorce, residential real estate, and personal injury.  Tom limits his practice to matters of family law, while Mike’s practice includes family law, real estate and personal injury.

Residential Real Estate Transactions and Closings
We work with individuals in residential real estate transactions. We prepare all documents related to closings, such as the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and we attend the closing with our clients. We represent buyers and sellers, and we review titles, prepare deeds, and set up escrows.

Family Law and Divorce
We represent men and women in all aspects of divorce and family law. While we will litigate your case aggressively in court, the majority of our cases are settled without the necessity of a trial, helping to ease the emotional and financial burdens associated with divorce litigation. We also handle child custody and child support matters, domestic violence and orders of protection, spousal support, maintenance and alimony, and adoptions.

Car Accidents and Personal Injury
In our personal injury practice, we focus on car accidents and slip-and-fall cases (aka, premise liability).
